We kindly ask customers to allow up to 7 full business days from the expected delivery date before reporting a missing parcel.
Tracking Says “Delivered” but You Can’t Find It?
Please try the following steps first:
- Double-check the delivery address provided at checkout
- Look around your property for safe drop-off locations
- Check with neighbours or building management
If the package is still missing after 24 hours, please contact our support team.
No Tracking Updates for an Extended Period?
If your tracking information has not updated for 7 or more business days after dispatch, we will:
- Open an investigation with the courier service
- Review the findings and determine the appropriate resolution
